Hi Sandlapper The only clue I have on the marriage of Matthew Colley and Susan Tasker is from his shipping record when he arrived in Australia in 1855 he stated he was a widow He was baptised 1832 in Clerkenwell On his death certificate under the marriage column it lists his first wife Susan Tasker and his second wife Sarah Winkworth married 1855 in West Maitland NSW I am guessing he married Susan circa 1851-1852 I have never found anything on that marriage Other Australian researchers and myself have been searching for 25 years and found nothing
