George Harrison and Sarah Smith or Spriggs. These are the parents of my Paternal/Paternal 2nd Great Grandparents. George born abt. 1827/28 and Sarah abt. 1830. The Tasmanian archives state their marriage date as 1848 in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. However, this is only estimated on the date of birth of their first daughter Mary Ann Harrison 1948 followed by Elizabeth in 1850 and Sarah Jane in 1852. Both Elizabeth and Sarah Jane marry in Upper Maffra, VIC, Australia. Elizabeth marries George Davis Clarke from Liverpool, Lancashire UK and Sarah Jane marries a Charles Bryant. If anyone has any idea or can help me located the elusive Mr and Mrs Harrison I would be most grateful.
