I am looking for William Strickland (Stricklin) b 18 Nov 1812 in NC and married Martha(last name unknown)b 14 May 1816 in NC. They were living in Sampson Co., NC on the 1850 census. They migrated to Carroll Co., VA in the 1850's. The 1880 census shows William's parents were both born in NC.
