A history of Clydebank was written in the last decade or so, I think to celebrate some milestone of Ave Maria College which has occupied the house for some time. The book has some great photos and information about the Ramsays. The house is at the corner of Vida and Roach St in Essendon. A local football team played for some time c1930 on Ramsay's Paddock.
Many wealthy people from near Essendon seem to have spent the summer season near Mt Martha and Ramsay seems to have been one (Ramsay Ct). The Shire of Mornington Heritage Study also mentioned Ramsay at Mt Eliza if I remember correctly.
