WILTON (nee HALLETT) of Melbourne, Vic area

Journal by natzmud

Hi, I am looking for any information on the WILTON family. The family is Cyril George WILTON, married to Dulcie Marie HALLETT. They married in 1939 in Melbourne at St Patrick's cathedral, in a double wedding with Dulcie's sister Ena May. They had four children. I believe two f the daughters were Barbara Maree WILTON (born 1941)and Eva Patricia WILTON (born 1946). Dulcie HALLETT came from a family of 8 children; Francis Leslie, Stanley William, Veronica Josephine, Claude Vincent, Alice Beatrice, George Howard, Dulcie Marie and Ena May. Their parents were Francis William HALLETT (died 1926) and Sarah Ann Mary HALLETT (nee FLANAGAN) married 1890. Cyril WILTON had one sister Mary Beryl WILTON. Their parents were George WILTON and Emma WILTON (nee CLEGG).
I live in Canada so am not sure where to turn with my research. Any ideas are welcomed! Thanks for reading.

The death of Mr. Francis William Hallett, master monumental mason, of

Mr. Hallett was 60 years of age at the time of his death, which was due to heart trouble.

He played Football with both the Melbourne and Fitzroy clubs, and
cricket with Richmond.
He competed in the Austral Wheel Race, and took part in the Warrnambool and Bendigo Road Races, winning the latter event.
As a mason he carried out some fine work in the city and suburbs of Melbourne few notable examples being the entrance to Carlyon's Hotel, Spencer-street; the Melbourne Mansions, and the-soldiers' memorial entablature at the Manchester Unity Hall, Swanston-street.
He specialised in Church masonry, and carried out the fine altars
at Our Lady of Victories Church, St. Ignatius' Church, St. Mary's
Church, St. John's (Clifton Hill), and several other churches in Victoria. On the evening of the 21st July his remains were taken to St. Ignatius'
Church, and on the following morning Masses for the repose of the soul of
the deceased were celebrated by the Rev. P. McGrath and the Rev. L.
Hartnett, S.J. After a short service in the afternoon, read by Fr. McGrath;
the cortege left St. Ignatius' Church for the Boroondara Cemetery.
The casket was borne by Messrs. Coulson, Bishop, McCarthy (representing the
Master Masons', Association of Victoria), McCaffrey, Robinson, and G. D. O'Connell (mayor), C. Blazey (town clerk), and Cr. A. C. Mitchell(representing the City of Richmond).
Fr. Geoghegan officiated at the graveside.
Mrs. Hallett survives her husband. The family comprises four
sons, one of whom is Dr. Claude Hallett, of Ceduna, West Coast, South
Australia; Mr. Frank Hallett, another son, being-assistant to the town clerk
at Richmond. Mr. Hallett's business at 25 Bridge-road, Richmond, will be
carried on by his son Stanley, who has been associated with his father for the past 20 years, There are four daughters,
