Alexander H. Harris is my brick wall. He married Elizabeth Reeves in Henry Co. Ga in 1810. She was born in York Co. S.C. to Richard Lawson Reeves.
Alex's famil moved from Henry Co. Ga. to Talladaga, Alabama sometime before the 1840 census and are in the 1850 census. Lawson Reeves is there
in 1840 and 1850, also. In 1851 both families moved to Sabine Co. Texas. There was a Theophilus Harris with brothers and mother who lived in Sabine
Co. Somewhere down the line someone decided Alex and Theo were the same person, not true. Theo moved back to Ga before 1850. I have searched
for Alexander's parents for years, I do think there is a connection with Theo and Alex, maybe brothers. Theo's mother, Sarah and a brother are buried
in our family "King-Dean Cemetery in Milam, Sabine Co. Texas.
