IRISH HAVILANDS/HAVLIN, JOHN AND ANN, ROGER AND CECILIA

I am trying to find out more about John and his wife Ann Havlin/Haviland, who were born in Ireland around 1780, and also Roger and Cecilia Havlin/Haviland, born in Ireland around 1780. The son of John and Ann, John, also married an Ann..Ann Havlin/Haviland, daughter of Roger and Cecilia. This John was born around 1806, as was his wife, Ann. I do not know the correct spelling or exact dates of birth, or place. I do not know if the younger John and Ann married in Ireland or after they emigrated to the U.S. and settled in Massachusetts (before 1835). I have no idea how to search in Ireland from here in the U.S. and any help would be very greatly appreciated...Linda Haviland avonlindahaviland@sbcglobal.net

LOOKING FOR TWO TAYLOR FAMILIES; THOMAS AND JOHN IN ENGLAND

I am looking for the wives of Thomas Taylor and John Taylor. Thomas was the father of George Taylor, who was born around 1828 in the Derbyshire/Yorkshire area. He married Mary Taylor, born around 1830 in the same area; she was the daughter of John.

This couple left England between 1865 and 1870 for the U.S.A. Listed in the 1870 and 1880 Censuses with daughters Emily, Charlotte and Sarah, and son John, they settled in Connecticut. Emily was born about 1850, John 1851, Charlotte and Sarah in 1863 and 1865. (I get mixed up which was which until I check my notes.)

My Mom is the last surviving Taylor Grandchild of John, and she and her sisters had little, vague information to go on, so I'm trying to piece together and trace back as best I can and appreciate any help that anyone can offer...Linda H. avonlindahaviland@sbcglobal.net in the U.S.
