just to give your readers a little more to go on ...

Joseph Hansell (1890-1828)
- was one of 299 convicts transported on the ships 'ADMIRAL GAMBIER' and 'FRIENDS' April 1811, arriving in New South Wales Australia
- his sentence was a life term as of 1 Nov 1809. His crime was for breaking and entering the dwelling house of Robert Sheddon, esq
- he married Elizabeth Hall (aka Allen) in 1812
- Elizabeth was also a convict, arriving on the "FRIENDS" in 1811

I don't believe she was previously married. I think it was an alias
