hello Egmont,
you didn't say if you wanted family ancestors or descendants but just to help your readers with any research ...
(makes it easier if you have some approximate dates)

Robert James O'CONNOR (1867-1948) & Isabella Rosetta Julia MANN (1873-1956)
married in New Zealand 28 March 1891
their children:
* 1892 - 1953 Edward Hugh Francis Annmore O'Connor
Edward served in WWI as Trooper 7/1124. He enlisted from Nelson. Embarked from Wellington 13 June 1915. His father was next of kin at Gorge Rd., Southland
+ possibly married Hannah LINWOOD in 1920
* 1897 - 1970 Roy Lewis Gordon O'Connor
+ married Zillah Vera LISLE in 1923
* 1898 - 1980 Reuben Stanley 'Stan' O'Connor
born in Rangitikei - died in Otahuhu
+ married Florence Thelma CAMPBELL (1910-1985) in 1929
+ married Marie Drusilla WILLIAMS (1916-2001)
* 1904 - 1993 Robert Ambrose O'Connor
* 1914 - Terence Trevor O'Connor ??

* Robert James O'Connor was 1 of at least 7 children of:
Ambrose O'CONNOR (1827-1911) & Sarah NICHOLSON (married in Auckland 16 April 1866). Ambrose was Corporal in the Royal R.V. in Marton in 1872. Lived in Greymouth in 1882 & in 1889 started a chimney-sweep business there. In 1894 he petitioned for grants of land for military service at Wellington. In 1908 he was a Butcher in Wanganui. Ambrose died 16 July 1911 aged 85 in Wanganui Hospital.
OF NOTE, a brother of Robert, Ambrose Nicholas 'Jack' O'Connor, died in Wanganui aged 42 as a result of a work accident at the town wharf July 1913

* Isabella Rosetta Julia MANN was 1 of at least 7 children of:
Hezekiah MANN (1816-1883), arrived in Auckland in 1845 on the 'British Sovereign' with the 38th Regiment & Isabella Elizabeth BAKER (1842-1921) of Freeman's Bay & Dargaville.
OF NOTE Hezekiah was often in Court for threatening his wife, or failing to send his children to school. He spent time in prison for failing to contribute towards his children. In Feb 1876 Isabella was in court (scroll to half way), at the urgent request of a number of the inhabitants of Freeman's Bay, because (although they were separated) they said she persecuted him and had cohabited with another man while he was in gaol. Also read where 70 inhabitants of Freeman's Bay were present for the sentencing (at end)
