Looking for my 3x Great Grandmother.

Question by claireofWA

Looking for the mother of my 2x Great Grandmother, Clara Agnes Budd. I have so far found a marriage record which states she was married on 16 December 1877 at St Matthews Anglican Church, Bayswater, Middlesex. Her father is listed as William Budd and her husband was John William Godfrey. I have her and her husband in the 1881, 1891 and 1901 census. Her approximate date of birth is 1855 (as listed on the marriage record), but I can't find her mother and I don't have any details on who she was. I did find an 1871 census showing a Clara Budd with her father listed as William Balhetchet Budd but I discounted that as his occupation was Vicar of Stapleford and his occupation on the marriage record was listed as Carpenter. But maybe it was him as hey Jesus Christ was a carpenter and he was technically the 1st priest.

Thanks so much Andrew37. Much appreciated. Although this is my side project at the moment whilst I finish my clinical coding studies.
