Researching whakapapa of Makere Te Hameme PUANAKI

Journal by CHIEF1998

I believe Makere Te Hameme PUANAKI had 3 children to Nepia HAKUENE whose names are Mereana, Wiremu and Raiha/Eliza.

The only son Wiremu NEPIA married Mereana Too/Toa RETI/RETIMANA from Waikare, Bay of Islands, Northland, North Island, New Zealand.

Makere PUANAKI and whanau headstones are in the urupa at Waikare School.

PUANAKI is recorded in 'family' as Makere's father. A document I have states that Wiremu Puanaki was his name.
