Birth certificate and travel to Ireland from Scotland in the 1700's.
Researching Samuel Gleghorn born 1781 -1785 Inveresk with Musselburgh, Midlothian to James Cleghorn and Betty Scot/Scott. Some other sites have him born in County Antrim, but as his mother and father (if they were James and Betty) were married and died in Inveresk so I think it unlikely that he was born in County Antrim.
Samuel married Mary Jamison in 1807 in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Maria/Mary Hedican/Hedigan
Have been researching Maria who was born in 1847 in County Clare; father Martin and Mother Mary/Margaret nee McNamara.
On Ancestry a small screen pops up saying she was born in 1837 not 1847. She married John Phillip Harper in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia in 1869.
Have been advised she went to Australia when she was 12 or 13 but have checked shipping records and cannot find the Hedican/Hedigan family anywhere.
Any help will be very much appreciated.

Martyn of England, 19th century
Arthur Martyn born in Parsons Green Middlesex, England in 1846 married Mary Anne Millington in Leicester and had one son, Roland Arthur born 1876. Mary Ann died in Fulham, London in 1893 and was buried in Old Barnes Cemetery.
In the 1901 and 111 Census Arthur was living with a Rose Jane Martyn but have been unable to find a marriage certificate. When Rose Jane died in 1930 her certificate stated she was a widow. Unable to find any information regarding Arthur's death.
Have been advised Arthur's father was William John Martin and his mother was Elizabeth Cowdery.
Mary Anne's parents were Thomas Millington and Ann Ashton from Cheshire.
Mary/Maria Hedican/Hedigan and her father Martin Hedican/Hedigan and mother Mary McNamara.
Mary/Maria was born in County Clare in 1847; Ancestry has her father Martin age 18 and her mother Mary age 22. Mary emigrated to Australia at some time during 1859 - 1863 but there is no record of her parents going to Australia. She may have accompanied a family as a servant.
A lot of conflicting information on numerous websites that have a Martin Hedican/Hedigan marrying several times.
Would appreciate any information.
