I am looking for family members and history of Clara M. Eckhardt (25 November 1877 to January 20, 1958), who was from Manitowoc, WI and married Albert Donne Gibson. They later moved to Port Lavaca, TX and had six sons.

Her parents were from Germany, Friedrick Theodor Eckhardt and Caroline Wilhelmine Drumm. They had two other daughters, Caroline Elsie and Blanch (married a Bastian).

John W. Gibson ran the Northwestern Fuel Company in Washburn, WI. His father, John W. Gibson was a minister who built numerous churches in Northern Wisconsin. John died in Washburn, WI in 1940.

Children of the Rev. John W. Gibson and Angela Matilda Donne were John W., Bert, Florence, Mabel (married a Page)Percy and Albert Donne.

They came to the US from England on the CITY OF ROME of the Ingram line. I believe they first settled in Illinois then moved to Wisconsin.

My grandfather, Albert Donne Gibson, MD graduated from Marquette University. He married Clara Eckhardt from Manitowoc, WI. Dr. Gibson and Clara had six sons, Wallace, Donne, Robert, Gordon, Norman Tanner, and Paul Byron (my father).

I am looking for decendants of John W. Gibson of Washburn, WI, Bert Gibson, Mabel Page, Rev. Percy Gibson (Wauseka, MN). Bert may have located to Idaho.
