John Vann b. ? was my great-grandfather. My grandfather was Samuel Athens Fritts b.22 Aug. 1899. At some point John Vann took the name Fritts, but we don't know when or why. we believe John Vann's grandfather was Daniel Vann, b. 1830 . They resided I Anderson county tennesee, and Roane County Tennessee. Any help would be greatly appreciated
