Looking for Joseph Johnson and wife Ann Eliza

My brickwall is Joseph W Johnson and his wife Ann Eliza (or Ann E, or Eliza—no maiden name). The 1850 Census is the earliest paperwork we have. It’s from Finley Township, Greene County, Missouri. The record states they were both born in Tennessee, Joseph around 1812 and his wife around 1814. It states their oldest sons were both born in Tennessee, but the remainder of their children were born in Missouri.
We are DNA matches to these family members. This is important because there is another Joseph and Ann Eliza (West) that came from Tennessee to Greene County, Missouri that have a lot of information. We are not related to them or their descendants.
My Joseph and Ann Eliza have no birth records, marriage records or any other information prior to the 1850 Census. No birth records for their two oldest children, born in Tennessee. No death records from Missouri, but both are suspected to be buried at Kershner Cemetery in Greene County, Missouri. Their daughter, Dorthea, was married to Thomas Kershner and they had a farm. Joseph had land very close to the Kershner farm until his death.
