I am the family Genealogist for my Branch of the ROGERS family.
My Paternal Line is:: George Rogers(1777-VA); Alexander Stinson Rogers(1804-VA); Morgan Franklin Rogers(1849-MO);
Albert Huston Rogers(1872-MO); Ray Stinson Rogers(1903-Idaho);[SELF]Clarence Andrew Rogers(1941-WA).
I was born in Spokane, Washington on 07 Dec 1941. My father was born "ON" the Nez Perce Reservation in Idaho, near Greencreek, Idaho. He migrated to Washington State, where he worked on the Grand Coulee Dam as well as the Hanford Atomic Reservation.
My GG-Grandfather, Alexander Stinson Rogers, ws a Judge and Store-owner in Osage county, Missouri, during the Civil War.
His father, George Rogers, was apparently born in Virginia ABT 1777, and married(more than 1 spouse)Lucy Newman, who was the mother of all his children.
I have US Census documentation on George[1850-MO]an his family is also annotted in "Pioneer Settlers of Osage,Gasconade & Maries CO's Missouri, by H.M.Gentges(1999) ppg 107&108.
Alexander's family is also noted in King's "History of Maries County"(Missouri)circa 1933.

My father wed Mary Ann Littleton, nee Hellen Augst; who was born in Spokane, WA and raised in Portland, Oregon.
According to her, she was Fostered to a Clarence and Minnie Harris, than went to the family of Samuel and Minne Littleton, in Portland, where she was to be adopted, but the papers were never signed before Samuel died.
I consider ALL my work to be "IN-PROGRESS" and open to correction/update anytime I can get verifiable data.
