Bio

I started the journey about 1996 with my childrens paternal side of the family and then took over my side of the family from my Dad. It has slowly grown and goes as far back as 1479 on their paternal side with links in England, Scotland, Ireland, Burma, India,Portugal . With my side being Welsh they have a great mix of blood in them
I am also researching my partners family - Whitaker and Henderson and Teague - all West Riding of Yorkshire ( Haworth, Halifax, Huddersfield) and Lancashire and Shropshire.
My other interests are Reading and Photography so it always helps to have my camera with me when Im searching through the odd cemetery - I have been known to hunt through one on a cold very wet october day and come out smiling at the end of it :)
