crapper

My grand-father was Frank William Crapper. Born 1893 22nd March. in West Ham .

He married my Nan Mary Emily Harre in 1921 , June 4th

Around 1925, he sailed to New Zealand and was going to send for my Nan and her two children, He never did,

My aunt, Joyce, b 1923, Dad , Kenneth, B 1922, and Gran were in touch with Wellington authorities over the years. New Zealand traced him a few times but he moved on. Last heard of in 1934 by New Zealand Police.

Before he married Nan, he had joined New Zealand Expeditionary Force and went to France in the war, He was demobbed in 1919 and returned to England

It is believed he may have gone to Australia. after New Zealand. Letters were written to them by family. No Luck.

Have been searching for many many years. Trying to trace if he married and had children. No marriage, no death,

So if any one in New Zealand OR Australia can connect with this information, I would be very happy to correspond

Carol Woods (grandaughter)

Does any-one have any information on a birth of, Frederick Solomon Richards, born in Bishops Waltham, Hampshire abt 1873 ? There seems to be no birth in that name. Is there a family relative out there.

It is specifically his birth we need to get his parents. Before his marriage to Helen Ormand in 1910 Southampton, he had a son Sydney b 1900.
We have traced all except the birth of Frederick AND Sydney

They were all living together in the 1911 census at Bitterne , Southampton.
Thank-you
Carol
