As far as I know my grandfather Kyran/Kieran Cantwell, came from Butts green in kilkenny. His father was Thomas Cantwell and his mother was mary Grace. I spent some considerable searching for him in kings County, but could not find a Kieran there. It was understood orally that it was here that he came from.
Kyran in Kilkenny was born in 1884, he came to Dungarvan as a Blacksmith . he died here in 1926. I am seeking any siblings that he may have had.
