In trying to help my husband and his sister find a missing link in there generations of relatives, we need to find facts about Sarah Davis born 1803 probably in Georgia, who was the daughter of James Davis and his wife Elizabeth Daughdrill. According to the 1820 census James may have lived in Greene county Mississippi. Sarah married a John E Anderson. Probably about 1822 but no proof of when or where have we been able to find. In 1850 census John and Sarah appear in the Perry County Mississippi records, along with children William, Elisha [Eliza], and Daniel. According to some family web sites, Sarah died in Marion Co, MS. However, it could be that she never actually 'moved' so much as county lines changed. Marion county was once part of Perry co. If anyone can help with any documented proofs or place for me to search, I would greatly appreciate an email from you. mmar360484@aol.com
