Thomas was born in 1827c in Maidstone in Kent. He seems to have been married twice, first to Mary Cooke and then when she dies he marries her sister Sarah.
He was listed as a hawker in Maidstone in the 1881 census.#
I know Thomas Costello was born in Maidstone, Kent in 1827 but he only appears in the 1881 census. Why would this be?
