Dennis Sylvester REVELLE was born on 03 Sep 1899 in Morley, Scott, Missouri, USA. He died on 17 Dec 1994 in Scott, Missouri, USA. He married Blanche C. HOPPER on 22 Dec 1923 in Morley, Scott, Missouri, USA, daughter of Theodore Alphonso HOPPER and Mary Grace ESKRIDGE. She was born on 20 Aug 1903 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, USA. She died on 09 May 2005 in Warrenton, Warren, Missouri, USA.


Dennis also had a brother Elmer C. REVELLE, he was born in 1905 in Missouri, USA. I am unsure when he died. Elmer was in the Army National Guard in 1940. According to his enlistment records he was a semi-skilled painter, was familar with construction and maintenance. But census records have his occupation listed as a farmer. Maybe he did a little bit of everything?


Dennis REVELLE was a Teacher at Will Mayfield College for years, teaching High school Mathmatics and was the director of mens Athletics. Blanche HOPPER was a Librarian for a number of years at the Madison Public Library in Madison, Missouri.


Dennis & Blanche had 2 children. Billy T. REVELLE, B: 28 Aug 1929 in Delta, Cape Girardeau, Missouri, USA, D: 04 Apr 1994 in Henderson, Clark, Nevada, USA and Wanda E. REVELLE, B: 1925. Dennis & Blanche seemed to be in the public eye often, and did alot for their community, but I have yet to find any info on where he descended. I am looking for information on Dennis's father.
