CROOK descendants? Australia

Starting with Rev William Pascoe CROOK b. 1775 and wife Hannah... I have most of their descendants, but am having trouble tracing more of today's family, I am looking in Tasmania,Victoria,NSW and possibly Qld.

Are any of you out there?

Looking for LANNAN Ancestors Ellen Lannan married a Butler man Victoria Australia,

I have more on Lannan in Australia, but am trying to work back on the Irish line pre1760

Tangled Weavers Webs!

I started family research seriously a few months ago, firstly big thanks to those who have contributed to posts. My journey started with the Owen/Barnes/Dillon/Rich and Hickman(UK,Tasmania/Victoria) lines of my grandparents, I am now in contact with cousins I never knew I had (tasmania, victoria) and started my father's family Lannan/Farrell/Cand(t)well(Ireland/Victoria). I started with only a handfull of names.
I am now starting on my husband's lines Clark/Walker/Logier(NZ,Ireland/Europe) and am now up to 600 people and that's without too many children added as on both lines(Irish) there are some with 10+ children and even one with 19 children. My main message in this blog is NEVER GIVE UP! just plod along through the dry periods and wait for the floods.

Joseph Lowe Candwell 1854-1928 married to Martha Shawe 1863-1942

Where did they come from in Ireland (I have been told they had very broad Irish accents), who were their parents? (I believe Joseph's father was also named Joseph Candwell). Joseph Lowe Candwell and Martha moved to Vic Australia, but I don't know when/how etc. They are my G parents.

Re surname CROAH, where does it come from?

I have Stephen ?Croah also known as Crook...I have been told that if he was French he could have skipped to UK and changed his name to avoid the Revolution. I have also been told that Croah may be Scottish....any ideas anyone
