Thaddeus Kelly An Irish Man of Some Distinction

My great grandfather, THADDEUS KELLY,(B: 1852) was a member of the Dublin
Metropolitan Police (DMP), having joined at the age of 21 on May 23, 1873. He served for 25 years and was discharged on June 10, 1898 at 46 years of age. He was from Castletown, Cellbridge, Co. Kildare. According to DMP regulations he was barred from serving in his own native county and could not serve in the native county of his wife. In most cases his wife would have come from the area where he was stationed so the newly wed couple would have had to move within six months. So, it is conceivable that his wife (a SMITH according to oral family history) was also from the Wicklow/Kildare area. She worked for Alex Findlaters in Dublin according to a letter I have dated September 15, 1909 praising her and giving her a set of furs--possibly a retirement gift? Another regulation stated that he had to have served 7 years in service before he was permitted to marry, so he probably married around 1880. He and his wife had at least one child, a daughter named ANNIE, (B: 1888,D:Nov 7, 1941) who ultimately married my grandfather, PETER MCGURRELL. (B: April 25, 1889, D: May 29, 1947)
My quest is multi-fold. I want to find THADDEUS KELLY'S marriage information, when he died, where he is buried, who his children were, and any information on his wife.
