Branyan - Ireland and Pennsylvania

I would like to find the county of birth for my great-great grandmother, Grace Branyan Stewart. She was born in or about 1825 in Ireland. Her husband was William H. Stewart, also born in 1825. Their first known child was John M. Stewart. He was born in Ireland in 1846. In 1850, John (then 3) and his mother, Grace, immigrated to the U.S. aboard the ship Patrick Henry. They may have been traveling with James Stewart, born 1805. Grace's husband, William, immigrated several months earlier. The Stewart Family lived in Allegheny City,(adjacent to Pittsburgh) Pennsylvania.
In the U.S., Grace was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Robert and Margaret Roy - Pittsburgh Pennsylvania USA and Down Ireland

My ancestors, Robert and Margaret A. Roy, immigrated to the U.S. in 1847. My great-grandmother, Elizabeth J. Roy, was born at sea. Robert was born about 1803 in Ireland (possibly County Down) and was the son of John and Margaret Roy(source:death certificate). Margaret (maiden name unknown) was born about 1810 in County Down (source: death certificate). Robert's first two children, Sarah A. (b.abt 1840) and Robert John (b.abt 1844) were born to his first wife, Sarah Walker Roy, in Ireland. The fourth child, William Roy, was born to Robert and Margaret
in Pittsburgh, PA, in 1852.
Robert worked in the steel industry in Pittsburgh. The family lived in the Lawrenceville Neighborhood along with many other Northern Ireland immigrants. As far as I know, the Roy's were Protestant, most likely
Presbyterian.
Living with or near them for many years was a family named Warren. Jane Warren (b 1800 in Ireland) was the widow of Samuel. Jane as well as several grandchildren were buried with a Douglass family. Her son, William,(b.1830) and his wife, Liza Reavy, daughter of Hugh Reavy and Eliza Johnson (b.1830 in Belfast,County Antrim) immigrated to the U.S. before prior to 1850. I don't know if they were related to the Roy's.
I would like to connect with anyone who might have pre-immigration information concerning these families.
