Popey on Family Tree Circles

Arrived in NZ early 1800's.
His great granddaughter may have been Marion McKay (wife of Robert Oliphant Stewart).
Any info would be appreciated.

Possibly from Whakatane.

What a great outcome for me and my family!!

I have been able to make contact with a relative on my Grandfather's 1st wife's side of the family.
Her name was Nellie Bluett.

This is wonderful news for us all !!

Irihapeti's husband was John Horton Mckay.
Their eldest child Marian was born at Kahawai on the Manukau Harbour in 1838.

Robert Oliphant Stewart married Marian in 1858. They had 7 children.

Their youngesty son, Alfred Herbert Oliphant Stewart was my Grandfather.

Any information on any of the above would be much appreciated.

Iwas looking for Robert Oliphant Stewart ex Isle of Bute, and up came the name Bluett. I think one of his sons married Nellie Bluett
in NEW ZEALAND. Any clues ?? I can supply more details. ie Dates etc
