Charles was born on 7th aug 1849 as far as i know in London . When he sailed to N.Z. i dont know . I do know he married Sarah Ann Roil in 1870 at Cristchurch N.Z. They had 10 children in Christchurch befor my g mother was born in Melbourn Victoria Australia two more were born in Australia ether Victoria or N.S.W. He died on 12 Oct 1933 at Rockdale , Sarah died 30th may 1944 San!s Souci N.S.W. any help from England with charles will be recieved with thanks , and any information on them i can give will be given freely . charles and sarah married 1870 christchurch n.z. moved to victoria australia then sydney . any help will be on charles as information so far came from two books . one is the roots of clover by elsie locke the other is our pilgrim pioneers by l e j bush . both are in christchurch library . i dont know when charles come to n.z. but he was born 7 aug 1849 london . died 12 oct 1933 rockdale sydeny australia .
