TTARRY on Family Tree Circles

My family tree research is stuck at my Great Great Great Grandfather. He shows up in the parish register of Botley Parish (village of Cumnor) in Old Berkshire (now Oxfordshire) in 1823. Unfortunately he was not born there and I am trying to find out where he came from so that I can push my tree back further. He was born in 1798.

His son Charles was married to a lady (Mary, possible Collier) who was born in Newton Longville but so far I have seen no trace of his father there...
