Jan. 16, 1861 in Channel, Nfld was my 2nd Great Granfmother. She married HENRY PATEY & had my Great Grandmother SARAH JANE PATEY b. Oct. 1881, Cape Ray, Nfld who married WILLIAM SHORT b. Nov. 6, 1879, Cape Ray, Nfld. They had MARY NAOMI SHORT, my grandmother b. March 12, 1905, Cape Ray, Nfld who married JAMES DOUGLAS TAPP b.
