Hi, I am looking for information on Thomas Humphries from Port Fairy Australia apparently it was known as Belfast around the time he was there, I have been told he Married Rosanna Shorten and they had 5 children, If anyone has any more information on Thom

Thomas HUMPHRIES and Rosanna SHORTER were married in Victoria in 1877.
Thomas gave his birth place as Somersetshire, and Rosanna gave her birth place as Tarraville, which is now known as Port Albert in Victoria.
If you have the parents names of Thomas it will assist me locate his birth.
If you don't know his parents a year of birth will do.
DonnaH on 2012-09-15 20:08:37Hi Tonkin, thanks for your reply, Apparently Thomas's Parents were Thomas Humphries and Harriet Young, They immigrated to Australia in 1857, Thomas Humphries was born in Somerset 1852. I think the information you have given me is great. I had Rosanna's name and area wrong. I would love to know about the Children Thomas and Rosanna had also, Thanks again for helping :)
