Looking for any information on my Grandmother Emily Atkinson [Maiden name Ethell ]
On her travels
She was born in Scotland,Then married in NZ in 1928 to Alfred Atkinson, and travelled with her two young children to Columbo/ or Columbus.[ She later divorced ]
Would like to know if she went to France or Italy or had connections there with Family etc. [Any years 1930,s 1940,s or 50,s ] Or even before marrying.
Also Aunty Nora, who lived in England [unsure of her Surname ] But did travel and work on cruise ships in the 1960,s and would always visit when in New Zealand.
And the Italian man who visited us in Herne Bay, Auckland, New Zealand about 1956.
