I have come to a dead end . I can't seem to find any more info on my 2x gr. grandfather Charles Penn. I haven't found anything on who his parents are. Not sure what my next step is.

Yes this is the right family. I just can't find anything on who the parents of Charles are. Everyone who would know anything is gone now. Wish I would have asked questions years ago.
