In 1885 when our Walters family came to Australia (QLD) from Wales, it is said that they brought with them the family bible which included the family tree all the way back to the 12th century. This family bible was 'given away' in about the 1950's.

The bible was given away to a 'neighbour' from what I have been told, never to be seen or asked for again. Over the past 10 years or so, every now and then I have a look to see if just searching the words 'Walters Family Bible' it will turn up. Other than that, I have no idea how to find it. To me finding this bible will be the final (or very first) chapter in our Walters family history.
It would be great if someone could help.
