I am looking for information on a Cleo Franklin. I have a newspaper clipping of what I think are engagement notices. It lists him and my grandmother, Ellen Jane Laczko. This notice would have been around 1932-1934. I found a listing on footnote.com. It stated he was born in 1906 and died in 1953. This corresponds to the timing of the newspaper notice and his age listed there as 27. If you have any information, please let me know.
