Searching for relatives of my ancestors to learn more about the past they lived. Names that I'm looking for are LATOUR, JOUBERT, VIDRINE, STAGG, BRIGNAC. These are just a few of the main names I'm searching on my dad's dad's side of the family.

The family originated from France, then to Louisiana. There are many branches of the family that no one has any information on. Until last year my family's branch was a long, lost branch that no one knew anything about. After going to a great aunt's house and getting a copy of my great uncle's baptismal record, the search was on. It's amazing how that one clue on there, the godfather's name was a hint as to who we were and what part of the family we came from. There are yet still some pieces of the puzzle I haven't been able to piece together yet, but I feel like I'm close, just not close enough.

Until then I will continue to search and keep searching!
