Hi Amy

Would still like to hear from you. Be interesting which branch you are to me. Great great Granddad: Thomas Farrington would dearly love to know any info on him. Not even sure when or where he died.

Hi Valhalla
Thanks for the response. Do you have any written or photographic info that you wouldn't mind sharing with me. He could have been my Nanas brother, and I do have few photos of her. She was a wonderful lady. Nana was 43 when my mother was born and Granddad 53 and he died when I was 6, so I dont remember him. Nana we lived with and when we lived up near Cessnock we used to go via train to visit her and go to the Easter Show, was always the high light of our year.
My direct email ls01041943@gmail.com
Hoping to hear from you

I believe my grandfather Hamilton William Farrington was born in Sofala and became a butcher in Sofala and Rylstone. He married Amelia May Gardiner and they had three daughters plus my father named William Hamilton. He died at Chatswood .

Hi Darby
Please excuse my tardy reply, computer on blink, and am on Gold Coast at present having driven out of Gympie, before this lot of floods hit.
You are xdefinitely one of the family, as my Nana's name was Marion Elizabeth. Aunty Grace was Grace Marion and her daughter Fay Marion. My mum was the only one who didnt have any family name connection.
Hopefully I will be in Sydney again in July and if you live down there we may be able to connect up.
Looking forwarxd to hearing from you again.
regards
Lyn Sumner
