My grandma Eleanor Inga Olsen was born in Bergen, Norway March 1, 1910. Her mother Astrid Jakobine Olsen died at 27 years old. Her father couldnt take care of the children Eleanor, Alf Olai and Harry Adolf. My grandma came on the Bergensfjord ship with The Totland family in 1921 to Ellis Island. They migrated to Provo Utah US. I heard later her aunt Martha Nilesen went to court to gain custody and was ordered to pay the Totlands back the cost of Eleanors ticket to America. She died in 2001.I am researching my family in Norway And Sweden. Also looking for Harry Adolf Olsen. He went missing in ww11.
