Golfer on Family Tree Circles

I am a descendant of Laurence Vavasour of Bluntisham, Huntingdonshire, married 1571 to Elizabeth Cattell. I don't know his father's name or where he came from but I do have his brother William's will dated 1594. I have found on Ancestry.com that his father's name was Roger (no source information so I'm not sure about this) and he lived in the Manor of Denebye, Yorks. Does anyone have any information about this family?
