Culpepper from N.C., S.C. Georgia and Alabama

My proven Culpepper line begins with John William Culpepper b. 1772
His wife was Nancy Gillespie.
Their son William Henry was born Oct. 17, 1813. He married Sarah Leslie.
Their son John Malcolm Culpepper b. Nov 13, 1835 married Sarah Ann Elizabeth Stephens.
Their son William Jehu Culpepper b. Oct 15, 1857 Married Emily Julia Ann Josephine East.
Their daughter, my mother was Tessie Lee Sue Culpepper married my dad
Thomas Van Buron Reeves. Both are deceased.

There is an absolutely terrific web site for the Culpeppers based
mostly on the research of Lewis Griffin. www.gen.culpepper.com

I need more on the older generations of course.

Taylor and Reeves Connection

Thompson and Cinderella Reeves were born in 1799 and 1800 respectively. They married before 1820 in Georgia. One of their daughters was named Sarah Ann Reeves b.ca. 1818 who married William Wiley Taylor

William Wiley Taylor was the son of Thomas Freeman Taylor b 1795 and Mary B. Holston b. 1806

I am also seeking for a friend a contact with a Leonidas Taylor who is somehow connected to the same line.

I have not been able so far to prove the parents of Thompson and Cinderella Reeves. I have their children it that would help anyone.

Thank you for this window of opportunity. Tommie Reeves Smith
