Sorry folks I hit the wrong button. I am searching for information on the family of my Grandfather Jacob Peter Hamman. He was born in Carlisle, Cumberland Ct. Pa in 1865 July 31. He moved with his family Phil and Mary Hamman (or Hammon) and his brothers William, David and sisters Laura and Annie to Missouri. I would guess about 1875. He met Eva Francis Brown in Missouri where they married in 1888. They then moved to Cherryvale, Kansas and then moved to Wichita, Kansas when the kids were grown. They had five children living, Glenn, Lola Louise, George, Roy, and Earl. I would really appreciate it if you have any information on this line of the Hammans. Actually I do not know what line it is. I am searching for information on my Grandfather Charles J. Johnson. He was born in Sneedville, Tennessee on 16 Apr, 1874. He died in Wichita, Kansas in 1957. When he was an early teenager he ran away from home and went to Missouri. Me met and married my Grandmother julia Etta Beckham in Clayton, Mo. in April 1901. They moved to Wichita Kansas in the late 1900's. If you can help I would certainly appreciate it. Betty
