I just started researching my family a few months ago. I was amazed how I could connect family members together by the fact that many of my Fathers family ended up living out their lives in Thomasville Ga. There is so much incredible information on the net. I first knew Thomasville was a good start with GGrandfather Dr. Perry A McIntosh, but never imagined how much information was to be gleaned. There are some wonderful old southern historical publications that come up on Google books that also I have found much information. Anyway I'm new at this and I just thought I would like to say how much I appreciate all the work other people have done and then shared on the internet.
