My G-G-G Grandmother Elizabeth Harper (born 1841 Penzance Cornwall, England) Came to the US between 1841 and 1855. She was living with an Aunt near Chattanooga TN when she met my 3G Grandfather William Goard. They married in 1856 near Chattanooga. Elizabeth was living with the Aunt because both of her parents had passed away. All I know of the parents was his name was probably Henry and her name was probably Mary. Elizabeth and William eventually ended up in Greenland Michigan in the Upper Penisula, where cooper mining was happening. Looking for any info on the Harpers
