I am South Australian. My ancestors immigrated in the 19th century with surnames including:
Davis, Chillcott, Lemar, Wood, Cox, Deer, Bruce, Davies, Wittwer, Henschke, Gregurke, Altus, Krollig, Keller, Koithan, Fischer, Klingner, Knuschke

These immigrants travelled on ships including:
Stag, Resource, Lord Raglan, August, Heerjeebhoy Rustomjee Patel, Alfred, George Washington, Australia, San Francisco, Wilhelmsburg, Abeona, Morning Star, Mary Shepherd, Victoria

I am attempting to record and catalogue my direct ancestors, and where possible their children and siblings, into both Ancestry.com and Wikitree.com . Ancestry allows me to collate my own tree of what I think is "truth", with access to records and to other people's trees. Sometimes this just propagates errors. Wikitree has a different model, in that there is only one tree, shared by all editors who collaborate to contribute and build up a single profile for each person. It places emphasis on citing sources for as much information as possible to avoid conflicts.
