I expect her parents will be the James TREMBATH and Cordelia JAMES married in Madron, Cornwall in 1808.
I have not located Ann's baptism in the Cornwall records to date, but she did have a sister named Cordelia that died in 1813 aged 2 years. It also looks like Ann's mother Cordelia died in 1814 aged 30 years.

Ann (aged 53 years) arrived in Victoria on the White Star
in 1866 with three of her children.
John (aged 24 years), Catherine (aged 15 years) and Robert (aged 13 years).
