Adopted Daughter Looking for Cullen Relatives

I have no experience as a researcher and am new to this. I was born Heather Cullen April 23, 1967. I know that my birth parents were together in NYC from August of 1966 up to and including my birth. I know that they wanted to keep me but were unable to do so due to financial issues. I was adopted into a loving family, had a good childhood, and am close to my adopted father, adopted mother whom I was also close to, is now deceased. I have gathered some information and I am almost certain that it was my birth father who was the Cullen. Below is what I know.

BF: age 32 (1967), born in the northeast region of the U.S. in 1934; Protestant religion, Irish/Hungarian heritage; Ht: 6’ 1 1’2” tall; hazel eyes, blond hair, fair complexion; was a 3rd year college student studying fine art; planned to teach art after he graduated but was mainly interested in doing his own art work; devoted to his painting; had originally studied business in college, didn’t like it; left school to join the armed service; was the 4th youngest of 5 siblings; 3 brothers; 1 sister, a nurse; his father was retired from a government job;
