Everything about Ellen Buggey is right and if you know if she has sisters or brothers just tell me. But for Harry Allen we know he is born in England but not the name of the city. There appears to be some links between the Allen and Buggey (buggy family) before the marriage of Ellen Buggey to Harry Allen. I cannot work out what the connection is.

Did Ellen Buggey daughter of James Buggey and Elizabeth Allen marry a cousin, Harry Allen son of ..... Allen and .... .....?

The key I think is the marriage cert for Harry Allen and Ellen Buggey which would have taken place at some point between about 1875 and 1887. I have looked on various UK sites but cannot find the marriage reg. From the marriage cert you would get both fathers names and occupation which would give something concrete to work from.
