Andrew Jones of Gloucestershire
Hi I am looking for Information on Andrew Jones b 1831 of Lydbrook married Mary Ann b 1836 of Wilden Children
Thomas b 1860 of Cheltenham William b 1864 Leige Harry Curtis b 1867 of Millwall Harriet b 1870 of Britton Ferry Glamorgan. I believe Andrew d 1871 in Britton Ferry. I found census 1881 that Mary Ann in Wales with Thomas.
Thomas ended up in Australia & married Grace Dorman in 1884,not sure but I think he was transported to Australia abt 1883. I do hope I can find someone from this family.

Thank you so much noggin for getting back to me, sure is confusing, I went ahead hoping I was on the right track & got a copy of Harriet Jane's death certificate 1870 & Andrew Jones 1871. I am having trouble finding his parents or his marriage to Mary Ann, also how Thomas arrived in Australia. I did find a Thomas Jones date of trial 7/2/1883 in Lancashire England maybe he was sent over here in 1883 as he married in 1884. Can you advise me how to pursue this. again thank you
Where in Australia did Thomas settle, do you have a copy his marriage cert or death, does it state parents names on them ?
I have both the marriage state 29/11/1884 in Sydney his parents are Andrew & Mary Ann Grice England, His death 28/2/31 in Sydney parents Andrew & Mary Ann
They married in NSW so I assume he travelled straight to here from the UK.
