Yes Wizard28 Ann Jones b1782 married Edward Osborne O'Dell b1778 in 1801. Ann died about 1835 & Father & three sons got transported.
The Christening record may be the only document with the Joans aka Jones surname confusion. If Ann & Edward could not read & write the spelling would be left to others.
