They were in the lace trade and travelled to and from Cardiff/Wales. Robert white Wilkinson/Merchant of Madeira was the son of Samuel Wilkinson. Samuel was a warehouseman/church warden in London.

www.wilkinsons.com. Try this it is a Wilkinson Database in the USA covering that name. Worth looking. I tried Googling both names nothing coming up for me.
