Arundel Trenchard
I am looking to what happened to Helena Maud Trenchard who married Ernest Richard Arundel. They had 2 children, Mary Helena Agnes (Mollie) and Jack Trenchard Arundel. I can find the deaths of her husband and her children, all in Western Australia. But what happened to Helena? I thought perhaps a divorce but cannot find anything. FRUSTRATING ++

You do not give any dates, is this the couple you refer to ?

WOMAN'S TRAGIC DEATH.
Clothes catch fire.
Launceston, Monday Night. — Mrs. Helen Arundel, a visitor from West, Australia, died at Trevallyn on Sunday. She was found with her clothes on fire and her body was burned severely. An inquest will be held to-morrow.
Albany Advertiser WA 25 March 1922
PERSONAL
Mrs. Helen Arundel, a resident of the goldfields, who was well known as a visitor to Albany, being here as recently as Christmas last, met her death in a peculiarly tragic manner in Launceston last Saturday. On leaving Albany Mrs. Arundel, who was an invalid, went to Tasmania with a nurse. She took up her residence in Trevallyn, a suburb of Launceston. Her health was poor, but on Saturday morning, when her companion left the home for a while, she seemed to be in her usual state. On the return of her companion, Mrs. Arundel was found standing in a lavatory with her clothes smouldering and her legs severely burned. She died on Sunday morning. No evidence was forthcoming at the inquest to show how the deceased's clothing caught fire, and a verdict was recorded that Mrs. Arundel met her death from the effect of burns accidentally received.
